Felt face and hands - NO moth damage, but "pilly"

've collected German puppets, all brands, for many years; however, I am not experienced in their identification. If they are not labelled, I am going on my best knowledge about their specific manufacture; I welcome those with more knowledge to share it with me please.
* Hands are "pilly" meaning little balls of felt are evident (see pics)
* Several brown marks on fabric body (see pics)
