VINTAGE PELHAM PUPPETS GRETEL WOOD MARIONETTE, ENGLAND. Condition is Used. Made in England, this marionette appears to be in excellent condition. Her bangs, however look a little wild (Another Gretel doll that is listed has bangs that look exactly the same). Her marionette strings are wound in rope fashion so I do not want to unwind her. There are directions on the box that tell how to unwind her and more directions that tell how to wind her. There are also directions on the box that tell how to make marionette walk and dance. There is a sticker on the box that says “SL HANSEL” (maybe she was put in wrong box). Box sliding cover is not in good shape (cellophane is torn and cover has tears on top and bottom).
