Vintage Handmade Hand Puppet
BUNNY IN OVERALLS
about 19 inches tall incl ears
This Bunny is Bound to help you get to your Laughing Place. The bouncier he is, the more musical he gets because he has bells sewn into his feet. Perhaps his name should be "Tinkle Toes". Tongue is a little loose and needs glue, clothes pulling apart in one area.
Estate find: The wife was a professional puppeteer, her husband was a magician. I am selling just a sample of their life-long collection/creation of puppets, marionettes, and puppetry books (magic stuff is already gone). Condition is as pictured, with some wear and soil (could use a cleaning). All of her puppets were definitely used over the years in countless shows, but were also taken care of. Judge for yourself. Condition on all is good enough to actually use again, or to create a fabulous display.
Will be packed carefully. Insurance and a tracking number will be provided.
