I believe this is a 3 way device. It can be a rolling bassinet, adjustable stroller or a combo bassinet stroller w/carrier buggy. Hopefully if you are buying it you are more familiar with them than I. I don't even know how the rain cover goes on, I just stuck it over the stroller so you can see it.
I have never set one up or taken one down or owned one so please ask questions so that there is no confusion.
The way I think it works is
it has about 8 pieces-four removable wheels. a rain cover, the buggy, a attachable bassinet with a attachable carrier that can also be a smaller adjustable stroller by itself.
I also think it is
reversible
meaning baby can face either way by reversing it too but I am not sure, please check the
model S-280-22 as I did not try it.
I believe it can be a rolling bassinet that comes off, a rolling stroller that is adjustable with a foot rest/protector and a rolling bassinet stroller w/carrier. You can clip the stroller into the bassinet too.
The wheels easily come off by pushing a button and buggy folds up so you can take it ALL with you if you want to.  They are well made so they are a little tough to get used to putting together and breaking down because they are made with flexibility as well as
safety
in mind and are very sturdy.

Slight stains on the bassinet sheet
, probably can be washed. Rain cover is clean.
Might be some superficial dirt in cracks and such from storing, perhaps even some grass as we packed it on grass outside but it looks to have had little use and to have been stored indoors. Above average condition for sure. It certainly sat around more than it was used.
Acceptably clean and solid, but it is not NEW either.  I see no noticeable stains or tears on the carriage or bassinet or the carrier/stroller top. It's really very nice for a used stroller. Just the one I mentioned before on the bassinet sheet. The brake works good. The wheels look a little used but have mostly superficial dirt. It is USED, not perfect, but I like it a lot or I would not bother with selling it.
