    Only inked once. The girth is a bit thick for my hand. Gorgeous color - Creaper Cobalt!  There is a bit of 'haze' on the cap band in a few areas. Comes in the original box with the original insert - sketch of Captain Ahab and instructions for using the pen. No nicks or dings at all - looks new. Noodler's Ink markets this as a Flex nib, but to get some flex, I had to 'lean' on it a bit. Light flex, or semi-flex would be a better description. Perhaps it needs a 'break-in' period and will soften a bit over time? That said, it is a very smooth writing nib with impeccable tine alignment.
