2 Incredibly Gorgeous ANTIQUE Vintage CAST IRON FINIAL FENCE FLAG POLE HOLDERS ?

Photos show everything. Not sure the age, definitely very old. And I'm quite certain they are made of cast iron. I don't know much more about these, other than that they are incredibly beautiful, very detailed and somewhat rare, I do believe.  I just don't know exactly what they are, whether they are fence post finials, flagpole holders, (other poles), or just what. But, again, you can see how gorgeous these are. What are they?  I do not know.  Each one weighs 1.75 lb and stands 6" tall. The bases are 3" square. These things are some of the most beautiful I have seen, I just wish I knew what they were. Can probably be repurposed for many things, perhaps even including candle holders.
